About the Resource Hub
The Public-Private Partnership Resource Hub (PRH) provides easy access to an array of sample materials that can assist in the planning, design, and legal structuring of any infrastructure project, especially public-private partnership (PPP) projects.
This Website is designed for government officials, private sector project managers, PPP practitioners, consultants, and lawyers involved in PPP projects in Uganda. It provides information on the legal framework for PPPs in Uganda, guidance materials, and tools to help develop a conducive PPP enabling environment, a solid pipeline of projects, and well-structured PPP projects and contracts.
The PRH also offers a wealth of information across sectors, subjects, and training materials to help users understand different approaches, legal materials, and process-specific materials that can be useful for work in PPPs. This site includes materials of general application to infrastructure projects as well as those that are sector-specific.
