Public Private Partnership Regulations

The Development of Regulations to give effect to the Act and provide details for provisions in the Act is in the advanced stages. The Regulations will provide for among others; the management of PPPs, procedures for project inception and feasibility study, bidding methods, negotiation procedures, restricted bidding, direct procurement, and levies and tariffs that the Contracting Authority may levy.
